It seems like 420 is in the air all over the world. In exciting and progressive news, Los Angels USA – one of eights states to have decriminalised the recreational use and sale of Marijuana- has now made it possible to travel with your green.
In a statement published on LAX’s website, the airport details its new policy, one that would have seemed far-fetched just a few years ago – “In accordance with Proposition 64, the Los Angeles Airport Police Department will allow passengers to travel through LAX with up to 28.5 grams of marijuana and eight grams of concentrated marijuana.”

So it’s official – travellers are now allowed to pack a limited amount of marijuana along with other travel essentials when flying out of Los Angeles International Airport. Airport police say travellers will no longer be stopped or arrested for the possession of personal cannabis.
