What are you doing on Heritage Day? Join us at Grand Africa – Beach to #MakeLoveNotWar! We also have ONE hamper worth over R5000 to give away to you and 3 friends! Read on to find out how you can stand a chance of winning…
Make Love Not War is a series of one-day festivals, kicking off on 24 September at Grand Africa – Beach. In the wake of trending daytime festivals and a resurgence of romanticism in fashion, the festival transports you to a Bohemian dream, with 40 designer fashion and food stalls. Join us as we go back in time to the golden eras, celebrating the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s!
Participating fashion designers include Dreamland, LISP, MESO, Agh Ja Clothing, Gabriela Fraser Designs, Babette and Magents as well as jewellery designers Black Betty, Matter of Fakt and Kata Jewellery. Décor includes wall installations from MIYU Homeware, cushions and linen from Oh So Boho and dream-catchers and intricate brass headpieces from Passion Weaver. Alongside boho fashion and beach-chic food is tarot readings, numerology, fine art and live glassblowing!
Make Love Not War draws on the free-spiritedness of each festivalgoer, where the collective energy of the crowd makes for an unforgettable experience.
