Introducing their newest addition to the outdoor house scene. The inaugural event will be one to remember, a funky fresh day of rolling bass lines in the midst of the December season.
The event is officially sponsored by Bacon Bikinis and the girls will be there in full force, sporting their latest range of swimwear – There will be changing rooms, so if you haven’t yet got your swimwear for the summer, you can always find it here. We guarantee you won’t find better quality and priced designer swimwear anywhere else.
The music is going to be off the hook, with some of cape towns most prolific Producers who have travelled the world and played alongside some of the tech/house scenes most famous and reputable acts. The quality of these carefully selected producers and DJ’s will leave you inspired!
The native sound crew has gone to lengths to ensure this is going to be one of the most well remembered and enjoyed parties of the season. There is going to be a tropical cocktail bar with some tasty beverages, ice cream, watermelons, shot promotions and great drink specials for you to enjoy yourself on a sunny summers day. We’re bringing you 3 bars to make sure that there is no hassle or time wasted while waiting for drinks. There is also going to be a lovely shaded food court with some delicious meals, to keep you going.
Make sure to bring swimwear, hats and sunblock, it’s going to be cooking!

Jamie Saint started out as a hip hop DJ getting mentored by the great Dj Milkshake from the age of 18!! After Jamie had found his sound in Dance Music he went on to play clubs around South Africa like Assembly,SideShow, Origin, Tiger Tiger, Mystics, Billionaires club and many more.In 2012 Jamie started producing his own records and brought out his first 3 track EP entitled Round-a-about. The EP was launched on the music sharing platform Soundcloud as free promotion. Round-a-about the top track was supported by likes of Das Kapital, Blitzkrieg and others. The track was also aired on DasKapital radio Show on Assembly radio and Saturday Night Fix on 5FM.

Born in Israel, raised in Zimbabwe, and now based in Cape Town, Danalog pulls on his diverse roots to carve a sound portfolio that touches on all different moods. Danalog is no stranger to whomping dance floors having played all the mega SA festivals including; Rocking The Daisies, Synergy, Earthdance and Kinky Disco to name a few. He also throws down regular nights at some of Cape Town’s hottest clubs and events. You can always expect Danalog to deliver something special and fresh.

Born in the UK and currently residing in South Africa this Deep House/Tech DJ and producer is the Co-owner of the new outdoor tech party “Spilt Milk”. He has played at some of the scenes most prolific parties such as “We love summer”, “The warehouse movement” and “Hot on top”. Gully has featured alongside acts such as Marlon Hoffstadt, Shiba san and Boogie vice to name a few.
He started his DJ Career in the soul of Asia, Seoul, South Korea. Starting as a resident DJ at clubs such as The Circus, Ben @ Blue Spirit and M2. His understanding of the industry has progressed through his multi-cultural musical journey.
His music and his high energy presence tells a story of deep, dark driven beats and rolling grooves that encapsulate the mind and moves the feet. Now the owner of “Remember that night” Dane is set to have a long career in music and events.
Dane has featured at previous native Sound events and we’re looking forward to his funky beats.
A mainstay of the South African deep and tech house scene since way back when, Ashton’s passion for underground electronic music, dance floor culture and smiling faces has kept him motivated to continue pursuing and developing his sound while mastering the art of deep and energetic DJ sets.
“I like to explore deeper sounds combined with warm synths and low slung resonant bass lines while keeping the percussion intricate and intelligent’.
Ashton maintains a perennial position in club and festival line up’s around the country. You would’ve seen him on the Spirit Train at Afrika Burn, Truth, Vice City, Block Party, Wolfkop, Synergy, Touchbass, Rocking the Daisies, Kinky Disco and currently holding down a bi monthly residency at ERA in Cape Town.
With technical ability, well selected grooves and a touch of charisma you can always expect a vibe and warm dance floor while Ashton is at the helm.
Music is his passions and a big part of his life. This DJ sets are techno based with a generous sprinkle of deep-tech, minimal and sometimes a bit of prog..
Rob Gonzo is an Artist at PsynOpticz & Create Music, Also know by his other alias Gokon Rave ,Rob has been smashing up dancefloors at some of SA’s biggest trance parties for quick some time now. Hear His original productions and download his mixes at from his soundcloud page.
We welcome Kong : His minimal thriving bass-lines slots Kong perfectly into this events sound selection. With outstanding sets at Red Telephone and the previous Retrospectrum we’re looking forward to this guy on the lineup. Be prepared for something special.
Known by his wonderful mother as Dominic Michael Connor (initials are DMC – “thanks mum”), Plaigarhythm is a complete audio slut with a love for the game that runs deeper than a hookers self respect. Gaining “fame” in Cape Town and it’s surrounding as one half of Bteam and a third of Voicetag he is a multi-faceted music lover that wants to progress his own career as well all his friends and like-minded people around him. He plays a variety of music focusing on four four (or house, deep house, tech house, techno)and tries to produce his own music as a solo artist and with FootSoldier as ARMYofTWO. He has played at almost every club Cape Town has to offer, most of the bigger festivals as well as heading up to the infamous TOY-TOY in Jo’burg for two shows. This man is very busy at the moment and is only growing in his abilities as a dj and an all-round genuine bloke.

This techno artist is no stranger to the scene. Generally closing up the dance floor with some of the fattest techno tunes. Broken switch has featured at previous Native Sound events and always taken the atmosphere to the highest levels of euphoria. This artist is not only a producer but also a owner of two record labels as well as co-owner some of the biggest and best festivals to have ever hit Cape town namely Jungala and [Psy]ology.
