2017 hasn’t even begun yet but I’m certain that this will be the ultimate highlight of the year for myself and the lucky few who will get to attend Littlegig.
Where do we even begin, we are so excited about this one guys. Picture this if you will; a 24h party, in the winelands, the event is headlined by both Chefs and Musicians. There is fashion, there is art. There are 5 stages, all themed, a tropical stage, with vegan juices and foods. A Krone Champagne bar with hair and make-up stylists. A DJ Art Car to play a sundowner set on an island, a Night Lawn experience with tea and hookah pipes. A secret forest party after midnight and Sunday morning yoga. You’re camping, every bite of food and every drop of drink/alcohol provided for. Nothing short of Utopic.
This is Littlegig a new event breaking ground in Cape Town with its “all-inclusive” philosophy combining food, music, fashion and art. Bringing talented artisans together in a celebration of all the senses. Every detail at Littlegig is carefully considered and curated in light of creating a sensational festival experience. Headlined by top Danish chef Rasmus Munk and Musicians such as Culeo de Song and Seth Schwarz this party is in a league of its own. Those attending can expect 24 whimsical hours of signature beverages, dishes made by top chefs, unusual but intriguing activities and some of the most talented musicians. Round 2 of this eclectic gathering will take place from the 28-29 January 2017 at the Wiesenhof Farm in Stellenbosch.
