We House Sundays Festival Announces First Phase Artists

Cape Town’s leading house music collective “We House Sundays” returns this December with their first-ever two-day outdoor music offering. The intimate “Beach Themed” gathering will take place at the Cloof Wine Estate set in the beautiful wine-lands of the Vintage town of Darling this December and will feature an astronomical line-up of local and international talent.

Irshaad Samaai

Quietly going about his business and never overtly seeking outside approval, he continues to nurture and mature his refined and immaculate sound that is hard to categorize but commands the attention of those whose love is to listen.


Cody Losper

As one of the city’s prominent DJs, Cody Losper pushes the more headspacey, deep listening and dreamier approach to house music. Drawing shades from ambient and dub music to his sets, he crafts some very note-worthy performances that see him showcase his sound at well-esteemed events around South Africa. Suited for all situations and settings, whether it be opening or late night, Cody’s sets aim to captivate the dancer and take them through a journey of sonic exploration.


Pierre Johnson

DJ & Producer Pierre Johnson is based in Cape Town, South Africa, and has aligned himself with Universal Music, House Afrika & Stay True Sounds in the past where most of his records have been released.

This 22 Year old producer released his debut studio album “Outsiders” in 2018 while soon after gracing stages such as Rocking the Daisies, Ultra Music festival & Lighthouse festival to mention a few. He is taking South Africa’s electronic music scene by force, with his dreamy keyboard washes, jazzy flourishes, deep basslines, and melodic electronic style.

At such an early stage in his music career, his sophisticated original music is turning heads of the most seasoned listener.


Jude Brown

Taking the Cape Town scene by storm, the production powerhouse has stamped his sound on the local house music market. His unique sound borrows inspiration from classic, funk, garage and disco. His fast-growing catalogue features releases on powerhouse labels Moiss Music and Sub_urban.


Neil Gain

Birthed into a musical family, Neil Gain was exposed to music from an early age. Drawing inspiration from his song-writer father, his musical journey has led him to become an aspiring DJ producer. He spends most of his time free time in studio crafting his productions and collaborating with various artists.

His musical influences stem from jazz, gospel and R&B music which is deeply rooted in him since his childhood years, he has a vast background of all genres but is drawn more toward Electronic Dance Music, Down-Tempo and Deep House.


Cya C Deep

Born and raised in Cape Town, Cya C Deep is a perennial fixture on deep house line ups across the city. Label manager at Oh So Coy & Rouge Decibels. His deep and mysterious sound has seen him featured at Rocking The Daisies, We House Sundays, ATOM, Deep Town Jozi and The Social Hub in Jozi To Name Few.



Dwson (pronounced Dawson) a 26-year-old Capetonian producer is one of the most sought after & one of Cape Town’s leading electronic artists in South Africa at the moment. Effortlessly breathing new life into the local deep house scene with his deep & dub sound Dwson seems to be a clear favourite across South Africa & amongst house music lovers locally. With a clear vision, diverse and a refreshingly distinct sound he refuses to be tied to one style of house and his productions cover a range of sub-genres which led him playing well respected, major events & Festivals such as Oppikoppi ,Cape Town Electronic Music Festival, Rocking the Daisies,Synergy & Redbull Music Festival Johannesburg.


Rob Toca

Deep, intelligent and sophisticated are words that best describe Rob Toca’s distinctive penchant for divergent and experimental electronic sound. From the very first record he set on the decks back in 2000, he was hooked and allowed the music to guide him along his way. Co-founder of the local imprint Kalushi Recordings, Rob seeks to explore a more undefined space within Africa’s electronic house and techno scene, bearing with it a distinctively nonconformist twist
