Tool fans, our thirteen-year wait has come to an end. After years of speculation, false reports and broken hearts, Tool has finally announced a release date for their new album.

The announcement was made on social media this week shortly after Tool teased fans in Birmingham, Alabama with the release date, 30 August, flashing across the screen. The band then posted an official flyer on their social platforms to confirm it all.

Last weekend at ‘Welcome To Rockville’ festival in Florida, the band performed two brand new tracks titled, ‘Descending’ and ‘Invincible.’ Take a look at both announcements and listen to Tool perform their latest singles below.
