Netflix recently released three official trailers for its much-anticipated Black Mirror Season 5. But the hype soon wore down when it was confirmed that there would only be three episodes for the fifth season.
While the major cut in episode count may seem extreme, you ought to remember that, Black Mirror and Netflix gave us a very first for streaming and entertainment in December last year- the one-to-five hour-long, interactive film, Bandersnatch, which was a truly exciting experience and evolution for entertainment.
Now, shortly after the release of the trailers for season 5, the streaming giant announced a kind of spin-off of Black Mirror titled Little Black Mirror which will also feature only three short stories. The series of videos will apparently serve as a promotion for the upcoming fifth season.
Interestingly, ‘Little Black Mirror’ will be aimed at Spanish-speaking audiences and will air on the Netflix América Latina YouTube channel on May 26, June 2 and June 6.

The youtube series will bring together talent, mostly online personalities, from across Latin America, who have created their own takes on the iconic Black Mirror series.
Some of the online influencers who will star in this mini youtube edition of Charlie Brooker’s ‘futuristic, dystopian nightmare sagas’ include Alesso, Maia Mitchell, Rudy Mancuso, Juanpa Zurita, Lele Pons, Anwar Jibawi, Hannah Stocking, Jeff Wittek, and Delaney Glazer.
