Stranger Things Season 3 will air on Netflix this winter on July 7th. The third season will see the addition of the Hawkins mall and country fair. The previous instalment was centred around Halloween-time but this season will be set in 1985 ahead of the 4th of July celebrations.
Things have changed a bit, the gang is growing up and enjoying summer, but there’s still the ominous threat of an otherworldly ‘Big Bad’. Earlier this year, Netflix released the official trailer for Stranger Things S3 which gave us a glimpse at a more mature cast and even some new faces too. You can watch the trailer right here.
In celebration of the release of S3, Lego has partnered with Stranger Things to create a signature set that comes complete with its own ‘Upside Down,’ – the alternate dimension existing in parallel to the human world, literally just beneath the surface.
The epic Lego set that can be flipped upside down to expose an evil version of the Byers’ iconic house consists of 2,287-piece set and is called… you guessed it, ‘The Upside Down.’ Lego’s latest set is currently selling $200 – roughly R3000.
