Are you um-ing and aah-ing about what do on Valentine’s Day this year? Maybe it’s time to fall in love with nature in the Cradle of Humankind, instead of succumbing to the cheesy marketing ploys to convince you that you need to buy a stuffed teddy bear to make your significant other happy.
On Sunday, 14 February a collection of our country’s best Blues talents will perform at NIROX Sculpture Park. The amphitheatre will host Dan Patlansky, Gerald Clark, Sannie Fox,Laurie Levine, Manny Walters, Jacques Moolman and Coelacanth, complemented by Gert Wolmarans on saxophone, Jacob Wulana on harmonica and Richard Bruyns on slide guitar.
The spectacular surroundings of NIROX Sculpture Park provide an oasis in which to enjoy a day of leisurely romance away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Cuisine on offer will be courtesy of the Epicurian Emporium – a collective of high-end food stalls – with emphasis on healthy and naturally sourced options.
