FABIO & MOON are notorious for their passion to party as well as a knack for recognising the best in dance floor anthems; they are a force to reckon with, and represent a mighty double dose of an up-to-date Progressive sound. Their sound could be described as fresh, playful, vocal-orientated, minimal Progressive Trance with a lot of bouncy offbeat rhythms and a touch of Pop.
It was around 2005 when they hit the scene: Fabio knew that there was some other DJ in his hometown Hamburg named Benni Moon – and Benni Moon knew that there was some other DJ in his hometown Hamburg named Fabio. When the two of them met each other on the way to a gig, they eventually made a acquaintance. And also figured out that they were neighbours.
Their debut, the Disco Damage EP, has reached number 1 on Beatport. The follow-up turned out to be even more successful – the Crazy Trip EP became a highly acclaimed hit as well with their other releases being no strangers to international success, including a collaboration with Interactive Noise.
The bursting-with-energy live appearances of Fabio & Moon have done the rounds globally – including some of Europe’s biggest open air festivals. And, now, ESP will be hosting this kick-ass Progressive Trance act live and exclusive for yet another Slippery ‘n’ Wet to remember.
