We’ve just watched the first full-length trailer for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and its got us pretty excited about getting out to the cinemas to watch the dinosaurs cause havoc in full HD and surround sound glory. The film follows on from the events in the first release and will see Owen (played by Chris Pratt) and Claire played by Bryce Dallas Howard return to the dinosaur infested island in a bid to save the creatures from a volcano that is just about to erupt.
The trailer teases the new storyline and gives us just enough of glimpse of some of the new (and returning) dinosaurs that we can look forward to seeing:
As you can see by that it’s going to be quite a tense affair with the return of Jeff Goldblum’s character, Ian Malcolm kicking things off with his memorable quote of “Life finds a way.”
When it was released way back in 2015, Jurassic World made more than $1.6bn to become the fourth highest-grossing film of all time and while talking about the new film Chris Pratt had this to say:
“[Fallen Kingdom] is going to be a scarier version, a little bit darker, and will continue to expand and carry the story forward in a way that is really unexpected and you wouldn’t have imagined.”
All that we’re sure of, is that Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is going to be absolutely amazing come its release date on 7 June 2018.
