A strip club in Port Elizabeth is getting creative and in an effort to sell their booze and help keep their dancers and staff paid – Candy’s Revue Bar is offering a “strip-through.”

The initial idea is a drive-through bottle store but if you’d like to see more, you can pay more. According to reports, customers never need to leave the comfort of their car – once you arrive at Candy’s, your alcohol order will be taken and brought to you – if you pay extra, you’re allowed to proceed to the show floor where you’ll be entertained by the club’s dancers.

According to the owner, Charl Muller, the idea came from a club in the USA which had done something similar. It’s a temporarily plan to help the club, its staff and dancers earn an income, “not all of them are contributors to UIF,” says Muller “and it’s not like anyone is giving them a handout.”

Candy’s Revue Bar strictly sells liquor from 09:00 to 17:00, while the entertainment continues until 20:00.
