It’s almost time for The Mdzananda Animal Clinic’s Downward Facing Adopt A Dog outdoor yoga with Lee-Ann Elliott again! Join us this October for an outdoor adventure with a homeless pupper. The main goal of the event is to find homeless dogs a loving family, raise funds for The Mdzananda Animal Clinic in Khayelitsha and for the public to enjoy a yoga session with furry friends and delightful live music by Tamrin Feldman (lead singer of the band Third Time Lucky).
Be prepared to get a lick from a doggo during the class. ALL dogs joining will be up for adoption, perhaps you’ll consider taking one home. If not your donation, stretches and good vibes are still welcome! If yoga is not your thing but you still want to meet the dogs up for adoption? No problem, come along. Can’t adopt at this point but still want to help out? You can always donate to Mdzananda Animal Clinic or join in on their exciting raffle.
The Mdzananda Animal Clinic has some awesome prizes up for grabs that have been kindly donated for their raffle to help raise funds. Prizes include: Culture Lab Kombucha (case of their delicious kombucha), Unraveled Yoga (1 month unlimited), myUTOPIA (1 month unlimited, yoga, pilates and so much more), Ricky Litchfield Pet Products (pet products hamper), House of Yoga (Massage voucher and 5 Class Pass), Regal Pet Health SA (pet hamper), Yo Yoga (weekly pass), Bloc 11 (month pass yoga and climbing) and some awesome yoga gear from Soul Matters.
Joining Lee-Ann Elliott on the teaching team is Lucy Ker and Deniz Koksal Rangasamy. Take a look at all the event details below and be sure to check out both Lee-Ann Elliott Yoga and The Mdzananda Animal Clinic online. For more information, join the event on Facebook.
