Red Hot Chilli Peppers Coming To South Africa in 2013

On Friday, Social Networks around SA were set alight after a leaked poster for the Red Hot Chilli Peppers South African tour in February somehow found it’s way on peoples FaceBook and Twitter feeds. This concert has been a long time coming and I think A LOT of prayers have been answered. We posted a picture a few months back of RHCP’s very own Flea, tweeting they’ll be making their way to “Africa” in Feb to complete a 2013 world tour. It has now been CONFIRMED by Big Concerts this morning and while this is some of the BEST news possible, I just cannot understand why they would allow Die Antwoord to open for such a massive band like RHCP. Anyways, let’s rather focus on the fact that THEY ARE COMING TO SOUTH AFRICA!!!!!

Rumoured to have the blue-prints for Krang's TechnoDrome, stolen straight from Dimension X, he’s the type of guy who exudes so much coolness that he adds whole countries on Facebook at one time instead of just people. Always up for a party and a Tequila shot or two this is the guy who we always call first, both before and after a night out…

  2. I agree with bianca, will do ANYTHING to win tickets… there i was, planning on putting money away each month for tickets, flights & accommodation only to be told “sorry, sold out!”… to say i am devastated is an understatement 🙁 ive never been to a live concert and of all the artists that have toured SA the peppers are my favorite!!
