This could go down as PLAY OF THE YEAR in our eyes. Rugby player Alan Knuckey provided us with an overhead back heel pass to himself resulting in a full field sprint to score an incredible one man try and best of all, his mates captured the whole thing on Instagram.
Why this hasn’t got a million views yet is beyond me… Well done Alan.
