In the week leading up to Valentine’s Day, Woolworths faced some heat [again] for their cringey Valentine’s campaign which featured a series of statements intended to describe a “typical relationship”. The brand apologised and soon scraped the ads following outrage on Social Media.
Days later, Pizza Hut leveraged the commotion and straight up mocked the Woolies adverts, even using the #lovealwayswins slogan in their own Valentine’s campaign.
