Watch the chilling new trailer for Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War – Inspired by actual events


Activision has officially announced the next Call of Duty campaign, Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War. This comes shortly after the success of Call of Duty: Warzone which has blown up with over 75 million downloads worldwide. The campaign, Cold War, has been inspired by actual events, heavily portraying the Cold War-era of espionage. Activision is set to showcase the game on August 26 and we’re incredibly excited for this.

In the trailer, there is a real-life television interview with KGB defector Yuri Bezmenov where he tells us of the chilling ways that the Soviet Union was trying to cripple and weaken the United States during that period.

One thing this trailer does is leaving you questioning quite a few things, but we’ll give it a few more updates to see if they’ll unravel more clues. Most importantly, we’re truly excited to see what the game will actually look like.
