International streaming giant Netflix has launched two new subscription models for South African users.
The new subscriptions called the Mobile and Mobile+ plans are priced at R39 and R59 per month. The only difference between each plan is that the Moblie+ plan allows users to watch shows on their laptops as well as their mobile device.
The Mobile (R39 p/m) plan supports both smartphones and tablets, offers one simultaneous stream and allows users to watch at a resolution of up to 480p.

Back in 2019, Netflix announced to in a letter to investors that it has been testing the mobile plans in a number of territories. Mobile and Mobile+ have since rolled out to several countries, with Mobile+ first becoming available in India earlier this year.
