This is one of those times where you quite simply have to sit back and marvel at the majesty of nature. The video below features footage taken from the Rio de Prata ecological park in Brazil, which was recently flooded to the point where the surrounded hiking trails were submerged by water. The only difference was that this water was absolutely crystal clear, which led to the creation of underwater hiking trails that were explorable until the water eventually subsided to reveal a damp forest to the sunshine once again.
Apparently the park says the water was extra clear due to the conservation of the unit’s riparian forest (don’t know what that means but it sure sounds legit). Have a look at the footage below and be amazed: (wish they’d shot more footage)
