MixedFeelings Festival returns this September with a stellar lineup of local talent and more

If you don’t know by now, MixedFeelings is Durbanville’s number one outdoor festival and is fast becoming a Cape Town Festival favourite. Starting as a clubhouse event, MixedFeelings has made its name in the Mother City with its unique vibe and energy.

On the 4th of May the MixedFeelings family reunited in celebration of 2 years of unforgettable memories together, in the depths of the beautiful Hillcrest Quarry, nestled in the heart of Durbanville Hills. Taking a big step forward in December 2018 with international headliner Rotik, the MixedFeelings collective have since refined their overall party experience and stuck to what works best for the brand, but more importantly, what works for the MixedFeelings fans. Their season closer earlier this year in May, at the beautiful Hillcrest Quarry, saw arguably the best turn out and MixedFeelings festival experience to date.

Looking ahead into summer 2019/2020, organisers say they have a lot in store for their fans with fresh new concepts to uplift an already high-end festival experience, starting this month with their season opener on September 28.

MixedFeelings Festival will take place at their home venue, Hillcrest Quarry and will be packed with a lineup of SA’s finest talent such as Das Kapital, Rikay (JHB), SYZO (DBN), BROTHER, Funky G, CASTO, Ikon and more!

Beyond a stellar lineup of music, attendees can also look forward to some top-class production with epic stage design and quality sound. There will also be a variety of scrumptious food vendors on-site and a gin-experience station where festival-goers can design their drink with selected mixes, herbs and fruits. A VIP area with everything a VIP needs will also be available, plus: the first 200 people through the door will receive a complimentary shot.
