Legend Sets New World Record By Carrying 26 Full Beer Steins At Oktoberfest

Not all heroes where capes is how the saying goes doesn’t it? Yes indeedy, below we’re looking at the efforts of Michael Sturm, who has just set a brand new Guinness World Record by carrying 26 steins full of beer across a pre-determined distance at an Oktoberfest event over in Brazil. In order to break the current record he needed to carry the beer glasses 40 meters, making sure that no more than 10% of the beer was lost at the end (I mean I’d be bleak if my beer was missing some of it’s golden deliciousness, but I guess it is still pretty impressive).

Check out the video below:

Apparently the bandage on Sturm’s knee was actually from when he tried to break the record by carrying 28 steins, which ended up on the floor, cutting his knee in the process. What a champion!

Im a guy with a very particular view of life… im not quite sure what that view is just yet, but when I find out I’ll be sure to let you know…
