Cult figure and action star Keanu Reeves recently announced his new collaboration with New York Times bestselling writer and comic book artist Matt Kingdt and Alessandro Vitti on a brand new comic book titled BRZRKR.
Reeves is reportedly taking his experience on The Matrix and John Wick and channelling it in a new comic book, titled BRZRKR. Reeves will collaborate alongside Matt Kingdt and Alessandro Vitti, who’s behind Marvel’s Secret Warriors.
The 12-issue limited series comic, follows an immortal warrior, who’s half-man, half-god, and looks a lot like Reeves. The first issue is set to launch in October, but Netflix has reportedly already signed up for a live-action adaptation of BRZRKR, which will star none other than Keanu himself.
I have loved comics since I was a young kid and they have been a significant influence on me artistically. To have the chance to create BRZRKR and collaborate with legends in the industry, is a dream come true.” – Keanu Reeves
