INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA (21st June) is a globally recognized event, unanimously declared in 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly. More and more people are starting to explore this form of movement and spirituality in exercise and the Consulate General of India to Johannesburg, Dr K.J. This event, hosted by Yoga Works, is FREE and open to anyone who is interested in starting their yoga practice as well as regular yogis. On the day, there will be several group yoga sessions and workshops that will be accessible to everyone of all levels.
