If you haven’t noticed, Manchester United’s marketing department have been really busy trying to put out some really clever communication that would keep the brand relevant in a landscape dominated by the dab and trap music. Unfortunately, they’ve missed the mark with their latest offering put together in partnership with Chevrolet.
In the latest cringeworthy ad Jesse Lingard from Manchester United can be seen teaching team mates Timothy Fosu-Mensah and Cameron Borthwick-Jackson how to dab correctly in what the advertisers have called the Dab University. It’s pretty bad watching, even for a die hard United fan such as myself:

I mean what on earth is a Dab University anyways? And seriously that wink from Fosu-Mensah was almost sheer criminal! Do better guys, do better.
