Timeless with a hint of panache… Matt Halls has become synonymous with testing the waters of the unknown and has brought us bit by bit, some unearthed quality. A down-to-earth individual with a very character that speaks volumes, he has been in it for almost a decade and has grown into something brilliant. He is really paving his own path and in turn gaining some of the most amazing opportunities…. He brings the UNDERGROUND to RTD this month!

The Scoop

1) Describe Yourself In Three Words

Matt: Tall, energetic and sometimes very sarcastic.

2) Your Fave Release Of All Time

Matt: This probably one of the hardest questions. At the moment I’m really enjoying the new 999999999  album titles 303 101.

3) Artist To Watch Out For?

Matt: South African? Mike Kelly/Sides, Siphe Tebeka, Pierre Johnson is so talented and JED.

4) Advice For The Dreamers, Trendsetters & Up N’ Comers Out There?

Matt: Yeah besides being relevant on social media, make sure you can back yourself with great music. Produce as much as you can even if you don’t share it. Just keep re-educating yourself.

5) What do you have going on currently? What can we look forward to?

Matt: I have a few festivals coming locally and international which I’m super stoked for. I am also working on a 5 track EP which is exciting.
