The Old Mutual Music in the Gardens Concert Series continues this weekend with Die Heuwels Fantasties taking the stage this Sunday 31 July in the Pretoria National Botanical Gardens.
Local pop/rock group Die Heuwels Fantasties was formed way back in 2008 and the four male band includes; Hunter Kennedy, Pierre Greeff, Fred den Hartog and Philip Erasmus.
In 2010 Die Heuwels Fantasties had their self-titled album achieve gold status as they embarked on a tour of the Netherlands, Belgium and UK with Jack Parrow, capping off the year with the privilege of performing at the Union Buildings on Freedom day. Die Heuwels Fantasties won a SAMA award for Best Afrikaans Alternative album and have alsowon 4 MK Awards this year including Best Group and Best Video.
They kick ass on stage and this concert is sure to be a blast.
