The CTNWF are incredibly excited about this year’s festival and they’re certain it’s going to be the best one yet in terms of lineup quality and diversity.
2 days, 3 stages, 25 acts including:
Kanda Bongo Man (DRC)
Tcheka (Cape Verde) & Derek Gripper
Özlem Bulut (Turkey/Austria)
Spoek Vs. Spoko
Card on Spokes
Thris Tian & Blackfoot Pheonix (Boiler Room/NTS Live)
Like last year, the event will be hosted at the beautiful Cape Town City Hall, and once again, will be taking place over the Mandela Day Weekend – namely the 17th and 18th of July 2015. They hope to deliver an experience as unique as the previous two years across our three stages and workshops – with the aim to inspire, unite and educate by representing South Africa (and beyond) in a journey of musical discovery.
‘Wild & Wise’ will be the theme for this year with a focus on the juxtaposition of the old and the new, the knowing and naive – resulting in some exciting collaborations, pairing local legends with fresh up-and-coming artists.
Weekend passes (R425) and Day passes (R250) will be available at the following Pick n Pay branches: Cavendish, V&A Waterfront, Brackenfell Hyper and Long Beach, or online via www.ctnwf.comandwww.webtickets.co.za.
