Angel Ho & DSJ

Cape-based artists Angel-Ho & Dope Saint Jude join the line-up on Saturday February 2016 at Cape Town’s City Hall.

Although both artists have heavy support online, locally and abroad; CTEMF will be the first major South African festival they’ve ever been given the opportunity to perform at.

An emcee who brings a slightly controversial, edgy and playful energy to the stage, Dope Saint Jude, is an advocate for feminism, body politics, class, race and gender neutrality in Cape Town.
Producer, rapper and artist Angel-Ho is an electronic producer from Kensington who has recently been featured by leading online portals like Dummy, Pitchfork and The Fader who described the artist as “the Cape Town artist resisting colonialism’s legacy through sound.”

Rumoured to have the blue-prints for Krang's TechnoDrome, stolen straight from Dimension X, he’s the type of guy who exudes so much coolness that he adds whole countries on Facebook at one time instead of just people. Always up for a party and a Tequila shot or two this is the guy who we always call first, both before and after a night out…
