Brewers & Union, PUMA & Rolling Stone Magazine present REAL MUSIC WEDNESDAY to The Bioscope in Jozi

Beer, urbanwear and popular culture is a killer combo for any event… Luckily for all of Jozi, Brewers & Union, PUMA and Rolling Stone Magazine have teamed up once again to bring the popular REAL MUSIC WEDNESDAY to The Bioscope in Jozi. It kicks off on Wednesday 6 June 2012 and will again feature the best new and exciting live acts that the concrete jungle has to offer on a weekly basis throughout June.

The Bioscope is Jozi’s only true independent cinema, situated at 286 Fox Street, Maboneng Precinct. It provides an intimate setting for local talent to perform and engage with their audience. With the well-known en suite café Chalkboard, The Bioscope is the perfect spot to host REAL MUSIC WEDNESDAY.

The Johannesburg series will run from 6 June to 17 October 2012, with one live act every Wednesday night at The Bioscope. Gigs start at 7pm with the line up for the first couple of weeks as follows:

6 June 2012 – Shotgun Tori

13 June 2012 – Float Parade

20 June 2012 – Nechama Brodie

27 June 2012 – Jacques Moolman

If you are up for a night of hearing quality South African music, sampling some tasty Brewers &Union craft beers and being at one of the coolest gigs in town, then REAL MUSIC WEDNESDAYs are not to be missed!

Drinks and food will be available to purchase, and entrance is free. Seating is limited so get there early to avoid disappointment.
