Ballantine’s True Music Series x Felipe Pantone and Kid Fonque Head To PE Next

The annual Ballantine’s True Music Series project kicked off in Pretoria last week where artists were given a unique platform to share and visualise music and different scenes that inspire artists and fans worldwide.

After an incredibly successful event, last weekend at The African Beer Emporium in Pretoria the series featuring international street artist Felipe Pantone and South Africa’s Kid Fonque and company will head to PE for its next instalment.

As seen at the first event, world-renowned graffiti artist Felipe Pantone will use the vibrant and colourful artwork he created for this year’s Ballantine’s Finest as well as 12-Year-Old True Music Series limited editions. His latest pieces for Ballantine’s have been inspired by underground club culture, the recording and production process, and music soundwaves and will be featured in the next Kid Fonque Presents x True Music Series.

The Kid Fonque Presents x True Music Series will bring a meticulously curated line-up to some of the country’s top music venues in SA. The spaces will undergo an epic transformation alongside the beats and playlists of local artists.

The second stop of The South African leg of the Ballantine’s True Music Series will be in PE at The Black Box Theatre on Friday the 21st of December.

This instalment features a line-up of Vinny Da Vinci, Kid Fonque, Jay Em as well as Argentinian street artists Felipe Pantone. Entrance is R100 at the door. Pre-sale tickets are available here. RSVP HERE.
